Mimih is a sea creature who has evolved from the spirit of the top end saltwater.  She lives off Mindil Beach in Darwin, and spends her time frolicking around the Harbour and the Arafura Sea. This story includes important messages.  In the context of magic happening, young readers are introduced to the absolute majesty of real top end sea creatures, all the while being made aware of the impact that marine pollution can have on the coastal environment.
